Whistling Swan 8 is a spacious Sunriver retreat designed for families and friends who want room to gather, room to unwind, and easy access to the natural beauty of Central Oregon. Set across three levels and offering 1,744 square feet of comfortable living space, this four-bedroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and welcomes up to two dogs, making it a relaxed home base for multigenerational vacations, family getaways, and time away with friends.

The main living area has an easy, open flow that invites everyone to settle in together. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room, creating a warm place to gather after a day on the trails, the river, or the mountain. The nearby dining area offers space for shared meals, while the fully stocked kitchen includes the essentials for everything from simple breakfasts to family dinners.

From the kitchen and living spaces, step outside to the deck and patio, where the gas BBQ makes outdoor meals part of the experience. Surrounded by the quiet character of Sunriver, it is an inviting place to enjoy a summer evening, morning coffee, or a soak in the hot tub.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully spread across the upper levels. On the second level, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds, creating flexible sleeping space that works especially well for families with children. A full bathroom with a shower-over-tub serves this level. On the top floor, are two more bedrooms, each with a king bed and Smart TV. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the upper level.

An additional loft gives guests another place to relax, read, play games, or enjoy a little extra space away from the main living room.

One of Whistling Swan 8’s greatest pleasures is its location. The Deschutes River is within walking distance, placing fishing, paddling, riverside walks, and quiet mornings near the water close at hand. Sunriver’s miles of paved pathways make it easy to explore by bike or on foot, while nearby trails, nature areas, and wildlife viewing offer a different way to enjoy every season.

SHARC passes are included with your stay, adding access to one of Sunriver’s most popular recreation amenities. The Village at Sunriver is also nearby, offering shopping, dining, coffee, and easy access to many of the activities that make Sunriver such a well-loved Central Oregon destination.
