Hi Charmiane, I'm sorry if there was any confusion over this home being Dog Loving. We are a Dog Loving company, however, we cannot welcome dogs to all of our vacation homes (with the exception of certified service animals) as each home owner has the choice to allow pets in their home. Since your reservation was made so close to your arrival, it was unfortunate that we did not have a Dog Loving homes open to accommodate your needs during our busy summer season. I understand that you spoke with our reservation team, who referred you to another local rental company that may have open pet friendly homes, and that that company was who advised you that we could ask the owner, not our team. We'd love to welcome your group, including Lucy, to come stay with us at a Dog Loving home. Thanks for choosing Bennington Properties!

Hi Rebecca, thank you for your feedback. It's warmer than normal this year so I'm not surprised to hear that spiders are out and about but if it's more than a few we need to get it taken care of. I will have our team keep an eye out and monitor it. I hope you enjoyed your stay regardless, and thank you for choosing Bennington Properties.

Thank you for letting us know the home needs a wine opener and cookie sheet. Those are both VERY important items, for sure.

Hi Linda, Well, our guests ordered snow and we delivered the snow this year! So glad to hear that you and your family had a great time in our 13 Splitrock home and playing in the snow. Sorry to hear the hot water was sparse for you and your house, we will check and make sure that it was not a water heater issue with the home, but more of a over load of hot showers in Sunriver from our snow-lovers! :-) -Jess Rae
