Hi Lynn, Thank you for your review of our 11 Tumalo home. We are pleased that you and your family enjoyed your stay and made wonderful Sunriver memories. Since your review the carpets are being cleaned. As you know, our homes have several back to back reservations in the summer and the carpets see a lot more wear than usual. We schedule all of our homes to have a carpet clean mid summer due to the high traffic volume in and out of our homes. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We look forward to hosting you and your family for future memorable Sunriver stays. -Jess Rae- UPDATE: The lovely homeowners listened to our guest's feedback and 11 Tumalo has removed the carpet throughout the home and replaced it with amazing new flooring!

Hi Barbara, Thank you for your review of our 11 Tumalo home. We are pleased to hear that you and your family loved the home and your time here with us. We look forward to hosting you and your family for future Sunriver stays. -Jess Rae

Kieren thank you for the very informative and helpful review of your recent stay at 11 Tumalo. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and that the house was a good match for you. I have to laugh at your comment about the Game of Throne style dining room. Very true! I know it may not be for everyone, but it could definitely draw in some GofT fans. I am so sorry to hear about the dog droppings. Remember if you are ever staying in any of our properties and find anything remiss inside or outside the home, just give us a call and we will do whatever we can do remedy the situation quickly. We hope to see you again! Christina Guest Services Coordinator
