On the main level, Bedroom One is the primary suite with a king bed and a private bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower. Bedrooms Two and Three each have queen beds and share a full bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom Four has two bunk beds, creating a welcoming space for children or additional guests. This home includes five Caldera Springs Rental Cards, with each card providing access for up to two guests to select community amenities. Guests may enjoy the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, lakes and fishing areas, paved and barked pathways, tennis and pickleball courts, and the basketball court.

Please note that the Forest House, including its pool and facilities, is reserved for Caldera Springs owners and is not available to rental guests.
