If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.

You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

I wish we would have seen some photos of that. Everything else was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was more stocked than my own. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Definitely recommend as long as the stairs are not an issue for your group.

Rogue Lane is perfectly located to enjoy the river, the River Loop, the Fort Rock Park, Marina and the Stables. We used the “home bikes” but will probably rent bikes next time. Bennington Properties represented the property accurately. Staff were responsive and very easy to work with. We look forward to our return in 2025, scheduling 2 weeks instead of one! The house is in a quieter spot with lovely walking paths along the river or through the golf course area. Beds were all comfortable, and the house was well stocked.

On the lower level are all the bedrooms, garage and 2 full bathrooms. On the top level is the kitchen, living and dining room. There is a private fully enclosed hot tub with access from the mid level. The fridge was newer which is nice. There is an electric fireplace. Like the vaulted ceilings on the upper level. There is a also a working grill on the upper level in smaller deck. There is a ping pong table in the garage. There are lots of puzzles in case you have a rainy day. There are also over 20 DVDs Bennington did a good job cleaning the house when we arrived, and we did our job to maintain and clean upon departure. Thank you

The upstairs with a combined living area, dining, and kitchen is super cozy and comfy and was perfect for two people. It might seem a bit more crowded with more than four guests - not sure? The bedrooms are very nice and each opens out to a nice large shared deck with table. Our dogs loved the three different level decks from which they could monitor all the critters and protect us. : ) It's a really nice place for dogs we had some great walks across the bridge and over into the Deschutes National Forest. I would definitely rent this home again. I loved the dog beds and treats provided by Bennington.

Of course, the hot tub was a big hit but the fireplace didn't even get used because the weather turned out so nice and warm. We arrived a couple of hours early but the house was already cleaned from the previous renters so we were able to get in early to enjoy a few more hours of sunshine. Nicely located near the river so we could walk over in the evening and enjoy the sunsets. Nice house, nicely furnished, great location, and very clean. We will be back!

We did, however experience a few issues. The 3 bikes included in the rental were Big Dog bikes, not mountain bikes, so we had to spend a few hundred to rent bikes for the week. Also, we were never able to get the Wi-Fi up; we called the office and left a message but never got a reply. The house was great; bedrooms downstairs and the beds were really comfortable. The spa was nice, it had a wrap around deck which was really nice. It is pretty far from the village but close to the river. We always enjoy our stay in Bennington homes!
