Inside, the reverse-living layout creates a bright and welcoming upstairs gathering area where the living room, kitchen, and dining space come together for shared meals, cozy evenings, and slow vacation mornings. The gas fireplace adds a warm touch in cooler seasons, while the upper deck gives guests another place to relax and enjoy the setting.
Downstairs, all three bedrooms are tucked away for a restful night’s sleep. The king bedroom (brand new mattress October 2026) includes access to the lower deck, and two additional queen bedrooms make it easy for families or friends to settle in comfortably. It’s a layout that supports both connection and quiet time, making the home feel easy to enjoy from the moment you arrive.
Set in central Sunriver, Rogue 3 is just a 5-minute bike ride to the Deschutes River and Fort Rock Park, making it easy to spend more time exploring, playing, and enjoying vacation together. After a day out, come home to soak in the hot tub, grill dinner, or gather for a little family fun around the ping pong table.
Whether you’re here for summer adventures, a winter weekend, or a simple change of pace, Rogue 3 is a comfortable place to land, reconnect, and make memories together — and we’ll take care of the rest.
