30 Day Cancellation

If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.

You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with King-sized bed, work area and en suite bathroom.

Head downstairs for two more bedrooms. The first has a Queen and a Twin Bed and TV and the second bedroom has a King bed and TV.

Four TVs, blue ray, and free WiFi add to the entertainment and connectivity of the active family. Air conditioning has been recently added to this lovely home, along with a 2 stage high-efficiency furnace to ensure that your winter nights are toasty warm and your summer days are as cool as our guests.

Invite friends over to BBQ on either the upper deck (toddler safe), or entertain by the hot tub on the lower deck with vistas of the river. Take one of the available bikes to the Nature Center with the kids or anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental home. Challenge a family member or friend to a game of ping pong. In the cooler months put a log on the wood fire and relax with a good book while the rest of the family skis at Mount Bachelor, a half hour away.

My only slight downside was all the stairs, it’s multi level so if you have a problem with that this may be a downside. But overall amazing property and would stay again.

We've stayed in a number of places at Sunriver, and I'd have to say that this has had the best equipped kitchen of any -- which is a plus for us, since we fix most of our meals. Though we didn't use them, as we were skiing on the mountain, the bikes were in great shape and the tires weren't flat! The location is excellent with a view of the river and in a quiet area. I would probably stay here again.

For your records we had a wonderful time at #5 Goldfinch. We love Sunriver and have used Bennington properties for many years, possibly when you started. We first stayed in Sunriver when we lived in Bend, 36 years ago, and have been there many times since. We use Bennington exclusively because we know the house will be spotless and in perfect condition, plus we enjoy different houses so we can be in different locations in the park. We live in Nevada, where lotteries are illegal, go figure, so whenever we visit Sunriver we buy a few lottery tickets and then cruise the park looking for our next home. If we ever win you'll be our first call. In the mean time we'll continue to stay at your houses as often as we can.

We started a fire in the wood burning fireplace correctly and had a really smokey house they came over very quickly and told us they forgot to clean the chimney which is strange. They fixed it same day and also TV cable downstairs was not working so they fixed that at same time. These things were minor compared to the nice clean and roomy place.

Overall a well thought out marketing approach and very good customer experience. Would rent again from this manager.
