With four bedrooms, flexible sleeping arrangements, a private hot tub, and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, this home is well suited for larger groups looking to stay comfortably together.

The reverse-living layout places the main gathering spaces upstairs, where windows and skylights fill the open-concept living area with natural light. The living room offers comfortable seating, a pull-out sofa, TV, and gas fireplace, creating an inviting place to settle in after a day of exploring.

Nearby, the dining table seats eight, with room for four more at the breakfast bar. The fully stocked kitchen makes group meals simple, whether you are preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or lingering over dinner together at the end of the day.

Step outside from the kitchen to the spacious deck, where ample seating makes outdoor dining easy. Fire up the gas barbecue or Traeger smoker, settle in beneath the pines, and enjoy a slower evening outdoors. Please note that protective tarps are placed on the deck during the winter season.

Upstairs
Bedroom One features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, offering a comfortable retreat with added privacy. Bedroom Two is especially well suited for families or younger guests, with a full-over-full bunk bed, an additional queen bed, and a Smart TV. A guest bathroom with a walk-in shower also serves the upstairs level.

Downstairs
Bedroom Three features a queen bed along with an office area with a printer and large monitor, offering a convenient setup for anyone who needs to stay connected while away. Bedroom Four includes a queen bed, Smart TV, and direct access to the back patio and private hot tub. A full bathroom with a shower and tub combination serves the downstairs bedrooms.

When you are ready to explore, grab one of the provided bikes and set out along Sunriver's paved pathways. Back at the house, the private hot tub offers a quiet place to unwind beneath the trees and let the day come to an easy close.

Nine Iron 3 is the kind of home that gives everyone room to spread out while still creating plenty of reasons to come back together, whether around the dining table, on the deck, or after a full day of Sunriver adventure.

The home has an air-conditioning unit on the upstairs level only. Guests should expect the downstairs to rely on Sunriver's naturally cooler evenings and airflow for summer comfort.
