30 Day Cancellation

If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.

You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

Sunriver is basically one big fancy KOA, I didn’t realize that until going for the first time Bed was comfy, there was WiFi, heated hot tub, etc. We definitely recommend!!

When I asked if we could check in early, the reply was prompt. There was communication throughout the stay, helpful reminders about check out times and expectations for leaving the premises. The hot tub, which we enjoyed, was easy to access and clean. A very good stay.

The location makes it so easy to walk to the village. It’s showing some age, as many of the places in SR are, but it is so clean and well maintained. The carpet appears to be fairly new along with much of the furniture. The beds are very comfortable. My husband and I were also very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen is. We enjoyed the well kept grounds, sitting on the deck and soaking in the pristine hot tub! We will definitely stay again.

It was close to The Village shops and restaurants, the High Desert Museum, the Lava Fields Museum, Paulina Falls, Bend, and more. We would definitely stay there again.

It's a little older but the amenities and property are well maintained. Hot tub is a great way to end the day relaxing under the stars. Bennington Properties was wonderful to deal with.
