30 Day Cancellation

If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.

You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

This condo has all the upgrades and charm to make your Sunriver experience truly exceptional. The family chef will feel right at home in the gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, slab granite countertops, stainless appliances and, commercial-grade gas range. An adjacent dining area features a wood farmhouse table with seating for 6 and opens up to a great outdoor living space with comfortable patio seating and a gas BBQ for hosting summer meals. Head back inside to the living area, tastefully decorated with leather seating that boasts a TV, gas stone fireplace, hardwood flooring, board games, and books-creating a great cozy feeling on a snow-filled winter night!

Down the hall is the laundry room, a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a well-appointed ensuite bedroom with a comfortable King bed. On the upper level, you will find the loft-bedroom suite with 2 Twin beds and a private bathroom.

This unit has air conditioning! Enjoy that cool A/C air or head outside and take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 2 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental home.

We loved how it was right near the golf course but set off a little for privacy. It felt like a private home even though it was a condo. We walked to the restaurants and used the included bikes to get a little further such as the nature center and Hola for great Margaritas. Initially I thought no hot tub was a big negative, but then found in the unit a nice Jacuzzi tub. Very relaxing. We'll be back and rent this condo again for sure.

My wife, her mother and I stayed recently in the 49 Meadows House Condo. This facility was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Although the weather outside for the first few days was quite cool, it was warm and toasty inside. The gas fireplace was a great feature. The size of the condo was perfect for my wife, her mother and I with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had every utensil you could possibly need and we saved money by cooking several meals at "home". We brought our own bikes (but could have used those provided) to ride on the many miles of bike trails within Sunriver and even rode the 5 mile trail up to the Lava Lands Visitor Center. We would recommend this condo for anyone who is interested in a comfortable quiet stay in Sunriver.

It was clean and everything worked well. Bennington was attentive to any questions we had. It was almost 100 degrees during our week and the air conditioning worked very well! The only small issue was we vacuumed the living room rug since our infant granddaughter was coming and noticed some dog hair . Maybe a previous tenant snuck in a dog? But we would definitely stay here again we really liked the place.
