30 Day Cancellation
If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.
You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

Step inside and discover a welcoming living room where comfortable furnishings and a classic wood-burning fireplace create a cozy setting for gathering after a day of adventure. Whether sharing stories beside the fire, enjoying a quiet afternoon with a good book, or simply relaxing together, this inviting space makes it easy to feel at home.
The fully stocked kitchen opens naturally to the adjoining dining area, making everything from leisurely morning breakfasts to favorite family dinners a pleasure. With an easy, comfortable layout, the home encourages conversation and connection throughout your stay.
Both bedrooms feature king beds and private ensuite bathrooms, offering an especially comfortable arrangement for two couples or guests who appreciate their own space.
Sunriver's beautiful natural surroundings invite you to spend your days outdoors. Begin your morning with a leisurely bike ride beneath the towering pines, explore the area's scenic pathways, or venture out to discover the Deschutes River and the many outdoor adventures of Central Oregon.
Return home to prepare a favorite meal on the gas barbecue, enjoy the peaceful forest atmosphere, or slip into your private hot tub as the stars begin to appear overhead.
When the evenings turn cool, gather around the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy the quiet comforts of your Sunriver retreat.
Traveling with Family or Friends?
Planning a larger gathering? Diamond Peak 23 can be reserved alongside nearby Diamond Peak 4, located across the street, and Diamond Peak 21, just two doors away. It's a wonderful way to bring everyone together while allowing each family or couple to enjoy their own private space.
Diamond Peak 23 does not have air conditioning. Sunriver's cooler mountain evenings offer opportunities to enjoy the fresh air, while the area's rivers, lakes, and outdoor recreation provide plenty of ways to embrace the summer season.
Your four-legged family members are welcome, too! This home accommodates up to two dogs, with additional pet fees applying. No other pets are permitted.
Whether your perfect vacation includes days spent exploring, evenings soaking beneath the stars, or simply enjoying time together beside the fire, Diamond Peak 23 offers a welcoming place to make lasting Sunriver memories.
