30 Day Cancellation
If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.
You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

The kitchen features bar stool seating for 4 at the counter, cooktop, microwave and a countertop oven (capable of baking a 12" pizza or small turkey). **This home does not have a standard oven.** Cozy up by the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 55” smart TV.
There are two queen bedrooms in Coyote 20, each with TVs, the bathroom is shared between the two rooms.
This home has easy access to the Sunriver bike trails and 3 adult bikes are provided for you to take off and enjoy a leisurely ride around town.
Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 1 Coyote, 18 Coyote, 19 Coyote, 2 Coyote, and 8 Coyote homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

Amy, Thank you for your feedback regarding Coyote Ln. 20. I apologize that the train kept some of you up all night. I wish there was something that we could do about that. The closet doors that are in the bedrooms are only closet doors however if you plan on coming back to Sunriver for another vacation I am hoping we can get you into a place further from the train tracks and closer to a good nights rest. At any rate we hope to see you again in the near future as we would love to have you and if you do return please do mention the noise of the train so that we can get you into a place that better suites you and your family.
