Designed with couples and families in mind, the home offers comfortable gathering spaces, thoughtful amenities, and easy access to The Village and Sunriver’s miles of paved pathways.

Inside, the living room invites you to settle in after a day outdoors, with comfortable leather furnishings, a large TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. The open kitchen is well suited for family meals, with generous counter space, updated appliances, a gas range, and dining for up to eight.

The single-level layout keeps the sleeping arrangements simple and comfortable. Bedroom One has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Bedroom Two has a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and cable TV. A second full bathroom with a shower-over-tub is conveniently located nearby.

Outside, the private enclosed hot tub offers a quiet place to unwind beneath the Central Oregon sky. For a little friendly competition, ping pong and foosball provide easy entertainment back at home.

When it is time to explore, four adult cruiser-style bikes make it easy to set out along Sunriver’s paved pathways, while The Village at Sunriver is just a short walk away for dining, shopping, coffee, and ice cream. Spend the day biking, golfing, floating the river, or exploring Central Oregon, then return to soak in the hot tub and spend the evening beside the fire.
