30 Day Cancellation

If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.

You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

On this level you'll also find a queen bedroom and a full guest bathroom with shower and tub, plus the laundry room.

Head upstairs to find a cozy loft with a pull-out sofa, portable AC unit, TV and DVD player for viewing your favorite movie. A king bedroom with private attached bathroom with gorgeous tiled shower completes this level.

Come summertime, you can open the doors to the deck, get the gas grill going for an afternoon barbecue, and find a seat in the shade of the trees. Additional amenities include free WiFi, so you can easily look up a new trail or keep your eye on the snow report.

It is close to the bike trails, the North Store, and the Cottonwood Dog Park. The house was clean and well-equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood. Bennington Properties are super responsive to any inquiries or needs. There was a problem with one of the bikes, and a new cruiser was delivered within an hour. There is also reimbursement up to $250 in the summer for qualifying summer activities. The process was smooth and quick. I would happily stay here again and or rent from another Bennington Properties.

We stayed cool with the fans despite it being 95 degrees. Bennington Properties was always available if we had questions about the home or activities in Sunriver. We had such a great time!

I stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. Perfect size house for my fiancé and I and our pup. I’ve never stayed on that end of the sunriver resort... I stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. Perfect size house for my fiancé and I and our pup. I’ve never stayed on that end of the sunriver resort but we were still able to enjoy a long bike ride on the bike paths. We loved our stay in Sunriver hosted by Bennington Properties! The house exceeded our expectations. The bath towels and bed linens were super soft.... We loved our stay in Sunriver hosted by Bennington Properties! The house exceeded our expectations. The bath towels and bed linens were super soft. The beds are very comfortable, the living room was so cozy with the heat of the fire and views of nature surrounding us. The kitchen is well stocked, the washer and dryer made light work of wet ski gear. We made use of the two adult cruiser bikes provided in the attached garage. The neighborhood is quiet but also only a convent 10 minute walk to the market. We will absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend to friends when they visit Sunriver.

My only wish was having access to on sight recycling & compost, but that’s an issue at every place we’ve stayed in Sunriver. The dishes & kitchen appliances were high quality. The beds were comfortable & our favorite parts of the house were the updated master bath & the coziness of the living room. We stay in Sunriver for east access to Mount Bachelor and Bend, both an east drive. We will put this place in our favorites for next time.

The location was quiet, it was lovely to just sit on the deck with coffee or a glass of wine. The bike path was extremely close to hop on and see the area. Will definitely come back again.
