30 Day Cancellation

If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.

You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

This air-conditioned chalet-style home features tons of classic Sunriver "cabin in the woods" character with floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed beams, and a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. The first floor features a ramped entry, a well-stocked kitchen with butcher block counter-tops and an adjacent dining area.

On this level, you will find 2 guest bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second one has a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. Also on this level is an oversized bonus bedroom/media room and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The bonus bedroom boasts a large TV, comfy sofas, a multi-function game table, a wet-bar, a king bed, and twin bunk. The first floor, including the spacious back deck, is wheelchair-accessible (Not Fully ADA Compliant) with a ramped entry and roll-in, tiled shower with grab bar.

Head upstairs to find the 4th bedroom with a king bed with TV and DVD player plus an adjacent hall bath with a large walk-in shower.

This home is thoughtfully equipped with a TV in every bedroom, large gas grill, plenty of outdoor patio/lounge seating, private hot tub and 6 adult cruiser-style bicycles for your enjoyment. The garage features a 240v 50amp car charging circuit for electric vehicles.

Because of SROA fiber installation, traditional cable is not available, but guests will have access to a wide variety of streaming services.

We had a group of 3 couples staying in this home for a 4 night trip, and it was a great base camp for adventure. Being within walking distance to Goody's and Sunriver Brewing is always a plus. We used the kitchen to cook a few meals, and it had enough utensils pots/pans to have a good meal. The grill had sufficient propane for BBQ, which was nice. The rooms were clean, as well as the hot tub. Watching the stars slowly twinkle into the sky as it transitions to nighttime from the hot tub is very relaxing, I recommend it. All in all, this is a great vacation home for a group of 3-4 couples or large families.

Unfortunately the gas fireplace wasn't working. Property management attempted to repair it though it needed a part and couldn't be immediately fixed. We enjoyed our time and would definitely rent this home again.

I am pleased to report that the recent vacation that our group spent in Sunriver at 2 Woodland was great in all respects. Although our family has been vacationing at Sunriver periodically every year since 1973 this was one of our better times. The home was in good condition throughout and it's design was a perfect fit for our group of three couples and our dog. It provides two separate â€œliving areasâ€ as well as good kitchen and eating space. An electrical problem was fixed the first day. One minor annoyance was the upstairs bedroom door which didn't latch so our dog kept pushing his way into the room. Location is great. We made a couple of calls to Bennington for maintenance and the response was quick. We look forward to future visits at 2 Woodland.

It was great to have two nice, large houses next to each other that we could go back and forth to. Woodland 2 house was a fantastic home that had the perfect layout for our combined two families and we loved the location...so close to both the Village and the Lodge. We also appreciate that Bennington gives a SHARC discount, has homes that are welcoming to dogs and are so easy to book. This was our second year booking a home with Bennington and we'll be back. Probably to Woodland 2! Thanks
