30 Day Cancellation

If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.

You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

The home looked exactly as advertised and had the added bonus feature of being FULLY STOCKED with board games, which is perfect for a family trip. Make sure you check all the perks and rebates Bennington offers because not only will it encourage you to get out into Sunriver more, but they're all great deals. Vista 16 is in a great, quiet spot in Sunriver. More than once we shared the backyard with a family of deer swinging through for a quick snack. Sunriver in general is no more than about 30 minutes from just about anything you'd want to travel to do in the area, to say nothing of all the things you can do just by walking or biking around the community.

We very much enjoyed the family-centered SunRiver development. The house was perfectly suited for our two adult children's families and us. We used the bikes provided extensively. The cooking facilities were good. The trash situation was organized, although when we arrived, the trash containers were full, and it took a phone call to understand how they were to be used, and an extra pickup was easily set up. We were planning to go to the SHARC pool, but decided not to do so when we saw how packed with people it was. We had a great time.

Overall a great place for our family reunion. Just a few issues...the dryer was not working properly even after we requested assistance to fix it.... Overall a great place for our family reunion. Just a few issues...the dryer was not working properly even after we requested assistance to fix it...made drying clothes for 5 children quite a chore. Chairs around breakfast table were not comfortable...seemed old. The front bedroom needs the upper windows to have shades. A couple of lounge chairs on the back deck would have been nice. An overflow fridge in the garage would have been good for storing food to feed 11 of us 3 meals a day for a week.

Fantastic house with 4 master suites all with their own bathrooms. The house also has a 5th bedroom with two bunk beds and that room has a private ... Fantastic house with 4 master suites all with their own bathrooms. The house also has a 5th bedroom with two bunk beds and that room has a private bathroom as well. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals, with a great backyard deck, equipped with a big gas grill. We could not have been happier with the house. Located on a really quiet street inside the Sunriver resort.

We have been renting houses at Sunriver through Bennington Properties for years, and, in particular, the house at 16 Vista. Our book group (6 women) rent this house annually and we love it. We love having separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Well appointed, gorgeous home. We rent exclusively through Bennington Properties because they have never let us down ... houses are always exactly as described and the staff is wonderful!! Highly recommend both 16 Vista and Bennington Properties.

The house is absolutely delightful and, as usual, Bennington Properties made sure the house was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Honestly don't think we would rent through any other company. This house is perfect for our 6-women book group. Lots of room to relax and discuss books.

This home was perfect for the 8 adults and one child that spent Thanksgiving week there. All 5 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom plus there is a half bath/powder room as well. The home was spacious, well laid out, unbelievably well equipped, and could not have been more clean and well organized. The back deck is large with a nice yard and view to the 5th fairway of the golf course. A large hot tub and BBQ are available as well.<br/>Bennington Properties did an excellent job of seeing to every detail and did a great job of following up on details. They were very responsive and the pre-rental communication/service was excellent.
