30 Day Cancellation

If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.

You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

Bedroom 4 is a suite with king sized bed, TV, DVD, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower plus access to the lower deck.

Two water heaters ensure that everyone gets a hot shower!

Bennington was first class in responding to issues and being available. The house has a great living room area with adjoining kitchen. One of the nights we wanted to watch a family movie in the living room and had a lot of trouble getting the TV to work. The Smart TV is old and eventually we were able to get Netflix through the blue ray, however we remained limited to our overall access of other platforms (Prime Movies, Hulu, etc). One of the rooms had a bad cable box but they did send a tech out to diagnose the problem and sent another repair guy to replace the box. Besides TV stuff, the ping pong table was great for the kids and the bikes were wonderful. The lighting in the bedrooms wasn't great and although there were some floor lamps, it just was a little wonky. The location was nice in a cul-de-sac. The back deck is right on one of the paths, and the house on the other side of the path was a little loud one of the nights. The path is close to the North Pool, which would be great to have during the peak season (we were there during Spring Break so it was still closed). Definitely did appreciate Bennington Perks since the house does not include SHARC passes. Would definitely come back to a Bennington managed property and appreciated being in North Sunriver.

We have vacationed in Sunriver for decades, including owning two different homes there (while waiting to build a 3rd) that we also rented out, so we know a bit about what goes into making a home accommodating for guests. We prefer the north end of Sunriver where it is quieter and the location of this property is ideal in that regard, with quick access to the river and Benham Fall/Lava lands trails. The house was very comfortable, kitchen incredibly well stocked with utensils and serviceware (and great coffee maker too). We usually bring our own bikes so didn't use the ones there much but a nice array of cruisers, as well as games in the garage. Sleeping and bedroom accommodations were perfect for our needs. Great communication/ease of access through property management company. We would be happy to stay there again!

If you're wanting a very quiet visit with no noise this may not be the best house to rent. It just depends on the renters in the other nearby houses. Other than that a very nice house. We had a lovely time at Sunriver and other than getting lost by all the traffic circles we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will do it again!

Unfortunately we had to leave for a day to allow the cleaning but worth it as we had toddlers on the floor and they were in bad shape. Probably need to be replaced. We were very pleased with the quick response to our mentioning it and we understand with back to back rentals finding time for carpet cleanings could be tough. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Beds super comfortable . Deck nice and peaceful atmosphere. Appreciated the welcome gifts for the kiddos and restocking of some supplies . A real treat was the nest on the deck where birds hatched while we were there! Such a treat! We had a wonderful wonderful time! Will rent from Bennington properties again.

We have booked Sunriver rentals through your company for approximately 6 years now... Based on the nightly rental cost of this home, it was disappointing. The carpet was so dirty that we did not feel comfortable going without shoes in the house; one of the garbage cans was missing a lid and we had to pick up trash every morning that was scattered all over the backyard, I assume it was raccoons; your note above the thermostat says to turn off the AC at night and use fans, there was not one fan provided, so we ended up running the AC all night. We felt the home could have been cleaner, the furniture had a layer of dust on it. Even with all of this we did have an enjoyable time with our family...see you next year!!!

The house was nice and clean. Many doors creaked badly (easy fix) and some did not shut very well. Kitchen stocked well, but not 1 cabinet availa... The house was nice and clean. Many doors creaked badly (easy fix) and some did not shut very well. Kitchen stocked well, but not 1 cabinet available for storing your own groceries in (we cleared out the shelving unit of books and knick knacks and put our stuff there). I had emailed Bennington to ask how many wine glasses were in the unit as we were going to have a little wine tasting party while we were there. A very nice lady called back and said she would make SURE there were at least 12 wine glasses at the house. I thought this was over and beyond---but upon arriving there were only 7 glasses in the cupboard. I was disappointed. We had to have other families bring glasses from their units for it to work out. Could have I called Bennington to complain and get them to come fix some of these things? Yes, but after planning/packing to get there, we just wanted to do vacation, not have to call about things. Still a good house and very spacious. Kids loved playing ping pong/foos in the garage. Oh, and I only slept in the king downstairs, but it was very comfortable for us (on the firm side). My parents slept in the king upstairs and said the same! I love some good beds!!

The stove top worked well for prep of a large dinner. The house was great for football watching and later foosball and ping pong in the garage. Highly recommended for a large family get together.
