Hi Angela, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the carpets were still wet upon your arrival. I've shared your review with our housekeeping team to make sure that the standard procedures are being followed when a carpet cleaning is necessary in between back to back reservations, they should never be soaking wet. We will always give a heads up if the carpets might be wet upon arrival. The hot tub is to be on upon arrival and shouldn't require time to heat up unless a drain and fill was just done. We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise, and look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

Since your review we have had our hot tub cleaning company out to the home to check on the hot tub, drain, clean and again refill the hot tub so that our next guests can enjoy their steamy soak in a clean tub. Trish, Thank you so much for your feedback, I am happy that you have returned to us so many times, not having Sharc passes included in the rental is a bit of a drag however I hope you took advantage of our 50% off offer as it makes the passes considerably cheaper. Please call one of us in reservations prior to your next arrival and please do mention the train so that we can get you into a property further from the track in hopes that you will be more comfortable.
