30 Day Cancellation

If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.

You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

Tan Oak 33 is a comfortable, group-friendly Sunriver home near Fort Rock Park, designed for easy family vacations and memory-making weekends. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, room for up to 10 guests, a private hot tub, 5 adult bikes, and a garage set up for ping pong and foosball, this home gives your group room to gather, play, and unwind after a day out.

The reverse-living layout places the main gathering space upstairs, where vaulted ceilings, natural light, and a gas fireplace create an inviting place to cook, dine, and relax together. The kitchen opens to the dining area and deck, making...

The upper level also includes the primary king suite with its own gas fireplace and attached bath, plus a half bath for guests. Downstairs, you’ll find a second king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a bunk room, and two full baths—an ideal setup for families, grandparents, kids, or two households sharing one stay.

After a day at Fort Rock Park, on the trails, or exploring Sunriver and Bend, come home for a soak in the private hot tub, then challenge the kids to ping pong or foosball before turning in. Guest reviews repeatedly mention the roomy layout, comfortable gathering spaces, and kitchen setup that works well for shared meals.

Important to know before booking:
This is a reverse-living home with stairs between levels. Like many homes in Sunriver, Tan Oak 33 does not have air conditioning.

We rented Tan Oak 33 and another family member rented Tan Oak 38 for a family vacation and it was great! Easy to walk back and forth between the two. Great value for the price. This home does not have a/c but we managed ok with ample fans they provided and the cool mountain air pouring in the windows all night long. We saw lots of deer from the deck and enjoyed the open kitchen and dining area for entertaining. Very pleased!

This house does not come with any SHARC passes but we didn't miss them. All but 2 of the bikes are fixed wheel cruisers. Bring your own if you need... This house does not come with any SHARC passes but we didn't miss them. All but 2 of the bikes are fixed wheel cruisers. Bring your own if you need gears. There is no AC but only one bedroom is upstairs and the rest are downstairs and stayed nice and cool in the evenings. There are lots of fans throughout the house to help move air. The furnishings are great, the house was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again. Thank you!

We were hesitant to stay at this house since there were no reviews and I couldn't quite tell the layout. We were pleasantly surprised. The top floor contained the kitchen (very well equipped!), living room, master bedroom/bath, and a half bath. The downstairs had one bedroom with an attached bath. Across the hall was a room with 2 nice bunks. Down the hall was a queen bedroom with a bathroom across the hall. The hot-tub was located off of this floor, with walls all around it. There is a ping pong table and a foosball table in the garage. Great house!
