30 Day Cancellation

If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.

You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

The primary suite features a king bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom two features a queen bed and the bunk room holds two twin-over-twin bunks that can comfortably fit 4 kiddos. All bedrooms have a Smart TV for binge-watching your favorite shows.

The two-car garage isn’t just for parking – it’s packed with fun stuff, including bikes, kayaks, and even a dartboard for those family tournaments.

The location was close to everything, the home was clean, the large wooded space behind the house was beautiful to look at and fun to explore. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had no issues with anything in the home. Check in and check out was a breeZe. Would totally recommend this spot to friends visiting Sun River and would rent it again!!

Overall cleanliness was an A+. We loved the privacy behind the house as we were not looking into other homes but just a large forest. Would stay here again. And we LOVE Bennington properties! They made our kids feel so welcome by giving away tons of swag!
