30 Day Cancellation

If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.

You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

Everything you need is right here in Pine Ridge 11. This updated, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has it all, forest views, a private hot tub, bikes, and a gas fireplace.

What a stunner! Downstairs you'll find an open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen combo where the whole family can gather together. There's a cozy gas fireplace and a large TV in the living room for snuggling down for some family time. The dining room has seating for 8 plus three more can sit at the breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen.

You'll also find a queen bedroom with a full en suite bathroom on the first floor.

Head upstairs for three more bedrooms and one full bathroom, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and, a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. The bathroom is a jack-and-jill accessible via the king and queen bedrooms.

Outside you'll find a private hot tub and back deck with patio furniture to enjoy the forest views with your morning cup of coffee.

When you are ready to get out and explore Sunriver, head off down the path on foot, or hop on one of the 3 adult and 2 kid's bicycles waiting for you in the garage, play some cornhole or mini ping pong. 4 Pine Ridge boasts a central location, making for a short trip to the Sharc or to Fort Rock Park where you can enjoy a playground, large, open field, picnic benches, tennis, and basketball courts. Shops and restaurants, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles.

We had a lovely stay in a well-appointed house. The kitchen has all the tools you will need and more. The toys, games, bikes, and gear in the garag... We had a lovely stay in a well-appointed house. The kitchen has all the tools you will need and more. The toys, games, bikes, and gear in the garage had the kids entertained for hours. And the electric vehicle charger was a huge plus. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Bennington Properties and their awesome team helped us every step of the way to have a fun, rejuvenating, and relaxing family reunion. The description was accurate and the house felt cozy, welcoming, thoughtfully organized, functional, fun, and just pleasant for everyone in our party — from toddlers to grandparents. There were plenty of towels, which saved us from doing a load of laundry every time we all jumped in the glorious hot tub. The kitchen had so many great tools to help with the cooking and the pantry was stocked with supplies to keep our leftovers fresh in the spotless fridge. We’ll be back next time we find ourselves in the area.

The house is clean, well decorated, has many things to do (games, puzzles, books, ping pong, corn hole, darts, bikes), and we loved the hot tub! The kitchen has everything needed to cook your meal, and the BBQ is awesome! We don’t have a baby, but we noticed that there’s a pack and play, highchair and baby gate which we didn’t see often when our kids were little. We love this house and can’t wait to go back!
