Thank you for your review. Our tech people did go in and sort out the many remotes. Thanks for bringing that issue to our attention, as well as the HVAC problems. These comments are very helpful for keeping our many homes up to our standards here at Bennington..

Thank you for taking the time to send me your review, Karen. I value your feedback. I will have our maintenance team look into the heating and light situation. I do know that 9 Mt Rose has both radiant floor heat as well as a furnace which can cause some confusion. Generally the floors is all you need to keep the house warm but if the furnace is running also it can make things toasty in a hurry. I appreciate you bringing all of these issues to our attention.
