30 Day Cancellation

If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.

You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

An adjacent dining area features seating for 6 and opens up to a beautiful sun room and great outdoor living space with patio seating. Head back inside to the living area, tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, a TV, gas stone fireplace, hardwood flooring, and board games - creating a great cozy feeling on a snow-filled winter night! Exit the living room to the back deck featuring a gas BBQ and outdoor seating for hosting summer meals. Down the hall is the laundry room, a full Jack and Jill bathroom attached to the King Ensuite bedroom, and a second King bedroom, each with a TV. On the upper level, you will find the loft-bedroom suite with a Queen bed and a private bathroom.

This unit has air conditioning! Enjoy that cool A/C air or head outside and take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. No garage access with this home.

Three generations met for a last weekend of Spring Break fun. Since we used to live in Sunriver, we knew this condo was in an excellent location, close to shopping and ice skating in the village, the Nature Center and Observatory, and the SHARC. The unit had a nice arrangement of two large bedrooms on the main level. The one drawback was that there was a shared bathroom downstairs, but it was spacious. The large loft was a good hangout area for two teens with their own bathroom, tv, and lots of floor space. The unit does not have a hot tub/spa, but the heated sunroom had an air hockey table that was covered where we attempted a jigsaw puzzle during our stay. The unit is pet-friendly and clean with comfortable beds and living room furniture. .The dining table fit six people comfortably. The kitchen was well-equipped but you will need your own spices, condiments, coffee, etc. We would recommend this rental to family and friends.
