30 Day Cancellation

If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.

You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

We loved our stay at this home! The kitchen was thoroughly stocked, including an air fryer and waffle iron! Lots of cookware, glassware and cooking... We loved our stay at this home! The kitchen was thoroughly stocked, including an air fryer and waffle iron! Lots of cookware, glassware and cooking/grilling utensils available,as well as spices! It was over 90 degrees out this stay,and keeping the house closed and fans on,and then opening it up after dark made the house stay cool (we needed blankets to wrap in the afternoons!),despite no A/C. The home was also IMMACULATELY clean. We wanted to watch a college football game but didn't see any channels that supported it. We reached out to the Bennington rental office and immediately ,we were able to go pick up a Roku set up and successfully watch the game! The staff was very responsive and kind!

There are two things, the heat in the house when we entered was at 57 degrees. It took several hours for it to warm up so my family was bundled up in jackets for the first evening. Second, this wouldn't have been as big of a deal if there was firewood provided and for the amount of money we paid to stay there this would be a good addition. Last, nowhere does it say anything about the hot water and the old plumbing. Anytime anyone took a shower if you flushed a toilet, turned the dishwasher on or the faucet the shower would get scalding hot and then freezing cold. For a few minutes after it went back and forth between super hot and cold.

As far as the train being nearby, we heard it a little, but it was not obviously a train. We only heard a train horn one time in the distance. Someone mentioned a choppy room layout. We have teenagers, so for us, it was nice to have a space where they could do their thing without being in the middle of the house. We thought the layout was smart for families with older kids. The home was located within walking distance of a store, and easy on and off the freeway. It was perfect for a family with pets who love nature. We plan on renting this home again.

The central location made it great for exploring in all different directions. My dog and I enjoyed morning walks to the village, playtime in the park, and afternoon strolls to the river. And you can't beat biking in Sunriver! The deck was great for relaxing in the sun and, of course, enjoying a soak in the hot tub at night. I will be back!

Plenty of room for our family with 5 kids and great access to local amenities. Bennington Properties is quick to respond. We had a moment where we locked our bikes up at the swimming pool, and when we came out, one of the numbers had broken and we were unable to get the lock off. After awhile of messing with it, we called Bennington Properties, and they said they would be there in about 10 minutes. He actually showed up in less than that and was very helpful! We will definitely be back!

We had to announce we were showering so we could have a comfy shower. And the master bedroom was lovely except that there was no door. So no privacy and we could hear everyone downstairs.

We appreciated how well stocked (dishes/kitchen utensils, abundance of towels, etc.). Loved the keyless door and the selection of bikes was exceptional. If we bring our dog, definitely consider this home again.

The only suggestion, is the hot tub is very old, it did not work was like sitting in a hot bathtub. Location was good, although we were very bummed that the North pool was not available for us. Keep in mind , that not everyone has children, and would like a more quiter poolside environment.

The kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies we needed and I was particularly impressed with the availability of spices, plastic wrap, foil, etc. provided. We enjoy cooking on our vacations and it was so nice to have what we needed available in the rental. The fireplace, hot tub, and flat screens were also appreciated by our group. I was impressed with the professionalism and the ease of making reservations with Bennington Properties. We had a lovely time and will definitely return in the future!
