Hi Kelley, Thank you for your recent review of our 9 Deer vacation home. We are pleased to hear that overall you did enjoy your stay in Sunriver and with us at Bennington Properties. There is a train that does run through all of Sunriver, it is an unscheduled freight train that does not blow its whistle, but some of our homes in Sunriver can hear the train more than other areas. I have passed along the rest of your review to see about getting some of those missing items in the kitchen and to see what our hot tub company can do about some of those jets. Thank you for your feedback Irina. We are so glad that you enjoyed your time in Sunriver and that the house and it's location was a good match for you. As most of the homes in Sunriver do not have air conditioning, the homes can heat up on very warm days. Since the evenings generally cool off quite a bit, we encourage guests to practice "passive cooling," opening all windows at night and then closing windows and blinds in the morning to keep homes comfortable and cool. Charles, Thank you very much for your feedback, Im glad that you and your family all had a chance to be together at the same time. I actually remember you and your wife coming in as I am the one who checked the property status for you. 2,974 Miles was such a long way to drive however we are so glad that you did and I was pleased to have gotten to meet the two of you...
