30 Day Cancellation
If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.
You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

The Space
Step inside and discover a warm, welcoming living space designed for slowing down and enjoying the simple pleasures of vacation. French doors invite the beauty of Sunriver indoors, while comfortable furnishings and a cozy gas fireplace create an inviting place to gather after a day of exploration.
Settle in for a favorite movie on the 55-inch Smart TV, curl up beside the fire with a good book, or open the French doors and let the fresh mountain air become part of your day. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable retreat during Sunriver's warmer months.
The thoughtfully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for preparing simple meals and vacation favorites. With a cooktop, microwave, and countertop oven, along with seating for four at the kitchen counter, it is perfectly suited for easy breakfasts, casual dinners, and conversation over morning coffee.
Please note: The kitchen does not have a standard oven. The countertop oven accommodates items up to approximately the size of a 12-inch pizza or small turkey.
Sleeping Arrangements
Both bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds and their own TVs, providing restful spaces to unwind at the end of the day. A shared full bathroom serves both bedrooms.
Outdoor Living & Relaxation
Situated on a generous corner lot, Coyote 20 offers a wonderful sense of privacy while remaining close to the heart of Sunriver. Step onto the deck with your morning coffee, enjoy an afternoon barbecue, or settle into the private hot tub as the evening stars begin to appear.
With three adult bikes provided, exploring Sunriver's scenic paved pathways is part of the fun. Take a leisurely ride beneath the towering pines, wander over to Sunriver Village for a favorite meal, or spend the afternoon discovering the natural beauty of Central Oregon.
And because a getaway is even better with your four-legged companions, Coyote 20 welcomes up to two dogs. Additional pet fees apply. No other pets are permitted.
Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 1 Coyote, 18 Coyote, 19 Coyote, 2 Coyote, and 8 Coyote homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

Amy, Thank you for your feedback regarding Coyote Ln. 20. I apologize that the train kept some of you up all night. I wish there was something that we could do about that. The closet doors that are in the bedrooms are only closet doors however if you plan on coming back to Sunriver for another vacation I am hoping we can get you into a place further from the train tracks and closer to a good nights rest. At any rate we hope to see you again in the near future as we would love to have you and if you do return please do mention the noise of the train so that we can get you into a place that better suites you and your family.
