30 Day Cancellation

If Guest cancels their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $250 max). Guests may change their reservation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, $50 change fee will be applied (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). Guest may not change the dates or home less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. If Guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest forfeits all monies paid.

You are welcome to gift your reservation to a friend, co-worker, or family member in the event you choose not to travel. If you decide to do this, please let us know so we can change the contact and credit card info (for damage) on the reservation. As long as your info stays on the reservation, you will be responsible for any damage, so this is an important step.

Centrally-located and close to Fort Rock Park, 23 Camas Lane is a comfortable 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with two Suites. The home is bright, clean and tastefully decorated creating a relaxing environment for your Sunriver vacation!

As you enter the home you are welcomed with an open floor plan that offers a cozy fireplace, high ceilings, large sectional sofa, stainless steel appliances, seating for 8 at the dining room table and a large TV. You'll also find two queen bedrooms, both with updated TVs on the main floor. Upstairs provides two spacious suites, each with their own comfortable king bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The rear deck has a new private hot tub and overlooks a nice wooded common area. The outdoor space has two nice patio tables and a gas BBQ for outdoor dining or your morning coffee. There is also an extra fridge in the garage for food and drinks and a ping pong table. Easy access to the pathways leading to Fort Rock Park and The Village, hop on one of the adult bikes provided and get exploring. This is the perfect place to spend your Sunriver vacation!

Family Reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 16 Camas Lane homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

In addition to air conditioning, you can enjoy our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to beat the summer heat. This is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

It was so handy to have everything, and having two long suites was a lifesaver as we had pack and plays to bring for the littles. It really was the perfect house for our stay, and Bennington was amazing with their communication leading up to, during, and after our stay. We had a couple of items get left behind, and within two days of us reaching out about the missing items, they had been found and mailed to us! We’ve had a few experiences with Bennington, but this was definitely the best. And we’ll continue to go through them for future Sunriver stays!

It was away from any main road so sitting in the back yard was quiet and extremely enjoyable. The two King beds were greatly appreciated as were their attached bathrooms. The other bedrooms were comfortable as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of, plenty of plates, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, kitchen utensils, appliances, etc. Every time I needed something while cooking, it was in this kitchen, even salt, pepper and spices. This is kind of rare and I really appreciated it! The pots and pans were not scratched and were great to cook with. We enjoyed the sectional in the living room with plenty of seating for us all and had fun playing ping pong in the garage as well as utilizing the bikes. The house was very clean upon our arrival and the management company was really great about communicating the check in process and arrival instructions. We would absolutely book this house again if ever in the area!

We are past SR owners in the 1970s and had moved out of the area. This was our post-Christmas gathering of my two brothers and my Mom since my Father passed away a year ago. The property was exactly like we expected it to be. Like other reviews, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes plates pots pans and utensils that allowed us to prep some meals for all. We were warned about the oven not working exactly correct, and a temporary replacement oven was provided with good space. We made a lot of puzzles on the dining room table. Mom watched some football, thanks for all of the cable and internet connectivity. We were within walking distance of Ft Rock park so most of our short walks were there, but we also did a few to the nature center and the observatory as well. The other hit was the excellent hot tub, very strong jets and perfect temperature.

Our family of 4 (+ dog) enjoyed a relaxing stay for the 4th of July holiday. This house has a great location, with easy access to the park and bike trails. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms would make it perfect for two families. Lots of seating in the living room. But, the dining room area and deck would quickly get very crowded with more people. The backyard was less private (close neighbors on both sides) than other houses we have stayed in. But, provided plenty of room for the dog to explore.
