Hi Shawn, thank you for sharing your feedback, we appreciate it. We do provide a starter amount of wood at our homes, though should you find anything amiss during your stay, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right. We also have shampoo and conditioner available at our office in case you forget yours. Unfortunately not every front door can accommodate our keyless entry system, and this home is one of those few exceptions. We do provide arrival instructions with the welcome info that we send out, but please reach out to us if you have any questions or need assistance. We are sorry that you initially had a difficult time getting into the home. We do send out an email 10 days prior to your arrival from Glad to Have you that has the information regarding directions to the home and accessing your rental with us. The front door at 5 Bachelor is one of the front doors on our program that our key locks would not fit on, so we use the back door to access the door code. We are sorry for any confusion this may have caused you and your group. However, we are so glad to hear that the rest of your stay was amazing.
